  : The apartment we were placed in wasn't clean or renovated recently as we were told. It is too far from being luxury as it was advertised on www.booking.com. It also says 4 bedrooms, but it's 3 bedrooms with a little study room off the master bedroom with 1 single bed. The floor probably was the most terrible experience making a lot of noise when you step on it, good enough to wake everyone up. We were not comfortable at this place and the only thing I can thank the host was that we were allowed to bring in our luggage for storage before check-in therefore 5 of 10.

  : big appartement, with 2 separate double rooms, one separate single one and one with 2 double beds plus salon with sofa. good equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. very good price for even 10 people. coffee express was great:).
  : it was small issue with keys on the beginning and we do not get enough bed sheets for all beds (7people), part of them wasn’t clean. appartement could be cleaner, mattress was extremely soft. general, small renovation would make a big difference, but generally, I would like to stay here one more time :).

  : Didn’t stay there I booked the place a week before they notified me 11 PM the night before that they had overbooked and I was already on my way from Virginia to New York. The worst experience ever while I’m on my way to a Frenerel they had a whole week to know that the property was overbooked, but did not notify me to the day of the funeral I had to attend. and had my whole family coming with me, had to spend double that in hotel fees .

  : the price is cheap.
  : 1. The room is not clean; I can see dust on the sofa.2. The listing claimed that parking was available, but the owner lied about it. There is no designated parking space, and she pointed out a spot on the street where I received a parking ticket, resulting in a fine of over 100 dollars.3. There is no lock that customers can use to secure the room from the inside. When I turn the handle, the door opens, and I have no idea if the room is locked from the outside.4. The description of this place mentioned that it has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. However, one of the bathrooms is broken, and one of the rooms is filled with trash.5. The building has three levels, and I can hear people talking from the floor above.6. We were charged a significant amount for cleaning, but we were asked to take out the trash ourselves.7. The owner lied to us. She claimed that since we couldn't check out by 11 am, we had to take the trash outside ourselves because she wouldn't be home. However, we discovered that she actually lived on the first floor.

  : One bed was awfully squeaky. The stairs were quite dark, narrow and a bit scary for walking up. I guess that’s city life
